(Oswego, NY – May 6, 2024) Experienced clinician, Hannah Moore, MSN, FNP-C has recently joined Upstate Urology at Oswego Health.
Moore is now part of the 100+ physicians and advanced practice providers employed by Oswego Health and the 270 clinicians on the Medical Staff representing multiple specialty services across the community.
Moore is from Cato, NY, and earned a Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022 from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Roberts Wesleyan College.
Moore has 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working throughout Central New York. The majority of her career has been spent at Upstate University Hospital including positions within their
Inpatient Medical Surgical Units and Intensive Care and as an RN. In 2017 Moore transitioned to Upstate Neurology where she was an RN for Upstate Medical University’s neurology residents and a headache specialist. In 2020 she advanced to Upstate Community Hospital and worked in their Transitional Care Unit until 2023 when she found her true passion, delivering comprehensive urological care at AMP Urology in Fulton.
