(April 24, 2026) — Harris Beach Murtha has strengthened several key practice groups and industry teams with eight talented associates who will practice in New York and Connecticut.
The eight have worked at Harris Beach Murtha as law clerks and were recently sworn into the bar.
Harris Beach Murtha is in the midst of continued expansion following the combination of Harris Beach PLLC and Murtha Cullina LLP on Jan. 1, 2025. With these new associates, more than 40 attorneys have joined the firm over the past twelve months. The firm now has 17 offices and more than 275 attorneys across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

- Reece M. Napierski is an associate in our Business Litigation Practice Group. He earned his JD from Albany Law School and is admitted to practice in New York.
- Alexis E. Newman is an associate in our Immigration Practice Group. She earned her JD from Albany Law School and is admitted to practice in New York.
- Joshua A. Schneider is an associate in our Energy Industry Team. He earned his JD from University of Connecticut Law School, is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is pending in New York.
New York City
- Eric K. Chubinsky is an associate in our Mass Torts and Industry-Wide Litigation Practice Group. He earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice in New York.
- Rebecca M. Goetz is an associate in our Mass Torts and Industry-Wide Litigation Practice Group. She earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.
Rochester
- Selma Al Taii is an associate in the Health Care Industry Team. She earned her JD from Albany Law School and is admitted to practice in New York.
- Alyssa M. Maldonado is an associate in our Business Litigation Practice Group. She earned her JD from Syracuse University College of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.
