Builder Jeremy Doran, who co-owns Stone Hammer Homes, has been named the 2025- 2026 president of the Home Builders & Remodelers of Central New York. The organization is an alliance of home builders, remodelers and allied services in the residential construction industry.
Doran was sworn in as president during the organization’s President’s Dinner on Feb. 7 at the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Syracuse.
In addition to Doran, the 2025 HBR of CNY officers include:
• Vice President – Mark DeAngelis Jr. of Mark Antony Homes
• Second Vice President – Josh Stack of Kevin Stack Construction
• Associate Vice President – Aron Kolb of Aron Kolb Architecture
• Secretary/Treasurer – Micheal Asterino of Coldwell Banker Prime Properties
• Immediate Past President – Thomas Oot of Oot Brothers Inc.
Jeremy Doran grew up in Central New York and attended East Syracuse Minoa High School and Le Moyne College. He was a two-time captain of the lacrosse team and earned a degree in business with a concentration in marketing. Out of college, he began working for one of the top builders in the country where he gained experience as a project manager, sales and marketing representative, service manager, and, most recently, production manager.
Doran is a resident of Camillus.
