Blueberry Brook Farm and Resort invites community to free open house event to learn about its new Leadership Expedition Experiences

DEANSBORO, N.Y. — Blueberry Brook Farm and Resort invites the public to a free open house event from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, May 19, at 6827 Van Hyning Road, Deansboro, to learn about its new off-site Leadership Expedition Experiences.

Offered in partnership with Daneli Partners, a leadership development and executive coaching firm based in Little Falls, the expeditions are designed to help individuals and teams foster strategic thinking, strengthen leadership skills, and build deeper connections—all in a natural, retreat-style setting. Programming is available year-round for individuals, leadership teams and executive groups.

“Leadership requires space to breathe, think and dream big,” said Dan Williams, CEO and owner of Blueberry Brook Farm and Resort. “Blueberry Brook is where leaders come to get out of the weeds and start building something that lasts.”

The open house will include a guided tour of the resort, followed by a workshop led by Daneli Partners on current workforce trends and their impact on leadership. Attendees will enjoy complimentary blueberry scones and coffee.

The Leadership Expedition offerings include three customizable programs: Seeds of Leadership, Roots of Leadership and Dream Achievers: The Ascent. Each program includes overnight accommodations, meals, access to amenities, and optional add-on services.
