Liberty Resources Announces New Additions to its Child & Family Services Division

SYRACUSE, NY - Liberty Resources is pleased to announce additions to its Syracuse team.

Andréa Crolick-Swain, LMSW, has been promoted to Divisional Director in the Child & Family Services Division at Liberty Resources. In her new role, Crolick-Swain will oversee the agency’s mobile crisis services and collaborate with County Mental Health Directors, community stakeholders and law enforcement in the Central New York area. She has more than a decade of experience in the human services sector. Crolick-Swain was previously the agency’s Program Director of Children’s Health Homes in its Community-Based Services Division.

Tim VanBeveren has joined Liberty Resources as Divisional Director in the Child & Family Services division. VanBeveren will oversee Family Foster Care, Children and Family Treatment and Support Services, and Preventive services in Onondaga and Oswego counties. With 17 years of experience in human services, VanBeveren has a background in functional family therapy and child welfare programs.

Lorraine Howell, MSW has also joined the agency as Regional Mobile Crisis Program Supervisor. In her new role, she will oversee operations in Cayuga, Cortland, and Madison counties, supervising responders and engaging stakeholders and the community at large. Howell has 12 years of experience working in mental health organizations.
