Liberty Resources Announces Promotions

Sara Jones-Persons & Maura Aseltine from Liberty Resources

SYRACUSE, NY — Liberty Resources is pleased to announce the promotion of two employees.

Sara Jones-Persons is stepping into the role of Program Director of Children’s Health Home Care Management at Liberty Resources.  Jones-Persons will oversee operations in five counties while optimizing services delivery and collaborating with community partners.  She will also support the care management efforts of Liberty POST, the agency’s early childhood division.  Jones-Persons is a Licensed Master Social Worker and has nearly eight years of experience.  She was previously a Program Supervisor at the agency.

Maura Aseltine has been promoted to School-Based Mental Health Director.  Aseltine was previously a Supervising Therapist at the agency.  In her new role, she will oversee Liberty Resources’ school-based mental health programming and advocate for the psychological well-being of students in schools across Onondaga County.  Aseltine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  She has been with Liberty Resources for six years.
