Liberty Resources Promotes Four Team Members To Leadership Roles

SYRACUSE, NY — Liberty Resources is pleased to announce the promotion of four seasoned employees.

Amy Sargent has been promoted to Senior Director of Integrated Health Operations.  In her new role, Sargent will ensure the integration of services across the agency’s Integrated Health clinics in Syracuse, Rochester, Fulton, and Oneida.  She will also oversee new and ongoing program development. She brings 10 years of experience to her position.  Sargent joined the agency in 2017 as a Health Home Program Director and later became the Divisional Director of Community-Based Services. 

Yolanda Cherbini is stepping into the role of Divisional Director of Community-Based Services.  In this role, Cherbini will provide direction and quality oversight to the Adult and Children’s Health Home Care Management programs and Community Orientated Recovery and Empowerment services.  She was previously the Program Director of Adult Care Management. Cherbini joined Liberty Resources in 2014 as a Care Coordinator and was promoted in 2015 to Care Management Supervisor.  She has 20 years of experience working in the human services industry. 

Elizabeth Krell has taken on the role of Director of Integrated Health Quality.  Krell will provide project management and will oversee and direct quality initiatives in Primary Care for the clinics located in Syracuse and Fulton. She was previously the Assistant Director of Process Optimization.  Krell joined Liberty Resources in 2016 as a Registered Health Information Administrator.  She has also served the agency as Revenue Cycle Business Process Manager. 

April Conant has been promoted to Program Director of Adult Care Management and will oversee the agency’s Adult Health Home program.  Conant was previously the Adult Care Management Supervisor for the agency’s Onondaga County operations.  She joined Liberty Resources in 2017 as a Children’s Care Coordinator.  She has more than a decade of experience in the human services field.
