M3 Placement & Partnership Welcomes Riley Anger as Talent Acquisition Associate

Posted on June 13, 2021

Leader in Strategic HR and Talent Acquisition firm M3 Placement and Partnership has announced the addition of a new team member, Riley Anger, to the role of Talent Acquisition Associate. Adding Riley to the team will support M3’s rapid growth and accommodate a number of new business efforts.

“Adding Riley to the team will further extend the values driven approach takes in providing solutions for talent acquisition services.” said Mary Malone McCarthy, Founder and CEO of M3 Placement & Partnership.  “We are happy to have Riley on board, and her background in Talent Acquisition makes her a perfect fit for this role.”

Riley comes with a great deal of experience and knowledge from her previous role as Talent Acquisition Specialist with Eklego Workforce Solutions.  In her position at M3, Riley will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients and coordinating talent placements.  Riley was drawn to M3 after hearing about M3’s mission to change lives.  “It is obvious that M3 partners with great, like minded, community serving organizations, and provides them with excellent care and customer service” said Riley, “and I am looking forward to now being a part of that effort.”

Outside of M3, Riley is a talented photographer (check out Riley Justine Photography on Instagram), an experienced barista, and loves to travel.  She also loves to spend time with her rescue pup, Winslow.

M3 Placement and Partnership, a certified MWBE offers an end-to-end approach to managing talent, from culture and coaching to placement and performance.  Guided by a set of values that prioritize people, M3 operates under the belief that better talent creates better organizations, and better organizations create a better world.  For more information on M3, visit m3placement.com.
