Marathon Energy to Supply OCM BOCES with Electricity & Natural Gas Marathon Energy is pleased to announce that it has entered into a three-year electricity supply agreement with the Onondaga-Cortland-Madison Board of Cooperative Educational Services (OCM BOCES). Marathon will be powering the majority of the 23 school districts and municipalities throughout the region, acting as administrative participant for the New York School and Municipal Energy Consortium (NYSMEC). Marathon also renewed its existing natural gas supply contract for select OCM BOCES locations, for an additional three-year term.
