Metis Consulting Group, a Manlius-based IT Consulting Firm and certified woman-owned, disability-owned B-Corp, is pleased to announce that it has recently expanded software development and management consulting team.
Emily Garrison (pictured) joins Metis as its new Chief Operating Officer. Garrison holds a BS degree in Business Management from Binghamton University, and has most recently driven business performance and process improvements in digital and broadcast media.
Erin McLane-Gwin, a 9-year veteran at Metis, has been promoted to Chief of Staff. McLane-Gwin holds a BA in Communications from the University of Hartford, and leads Metis' Human Resources and Accounting teams.
Joining Metis as Software Application Developers are Casey Cochran (California), Samuel Effa (Michigan), Joshua Lokken (Minnesota). Metis has also partnered with Syracuse University’s Center for Advanced Systems and Engineering (CASE), welcoming graduate students Manas Bhole and Susheel Gounder as software developer interns.
Metis Consulting Group specializes in data-driven, Internet- and Intranet-based technologies, including web and mobile application development, legacy system integration, database migration and development, e-marketing tools, API and custom software integration, strategic planning, and multi-stakeholder facilitation.
