Nave Law Firm Announces Formation of Legal Management Committee to Strengthen Governance and Client Service

Posted on January 23, 2026

Nave Law Firm has formally established a Legal Management Committee (LMC), implementing a collaborative leadership structure designed to strengthen legal standards, operational accountability, and long-term firm sustainability.

The Legal Management Committee brings together elected attorney leaders and appointed non-attorney executives to guide the firm’s strategic direction while preserving attorney authority over legal decision-making. Attorneys hold the majority of voting positions on the committee, ensuring that legal judgment, ethics, and professional standards remain central to all governance decisions.

A Balanced Leadership Structure

The LMC was created to align strong attorney leadership with specialized operational expertise, supporting informed decision-making and reducing reliance on any single authority. This structure is intended to ensure that legal excellence, client service, and operational execution advance together in a coordinated and disciplined way.

Legal Management Committee Members

The Legal Management Committee is composed of the following leadership roles, reflecting a balance of attorney governance and executive operational leadership:

  • Dennis Nave, Chair

  • Sean Kelsey, Chief Executive Officer

  • Shaun Moore, Jr., Talent & Development Chair

  • Justin Lange, Standards & Compliance Chair

  • Savana Conrade, Governance Chair

  • Jennifer Bisson, Chief Legal Operating Officer

  • Aimée Tarin, Chief Impact Officer

  • Rowan Goodman, Admin Captain

  • Grace Trepasso, Legal Admin Captain

Together, the committee provides structured oversight of legal standards, attorney development, operations, culture, and client experience, while maintaining attorney leadership at the center of firm decision-making.

Committee Oversight and Strategic Focus

In addition to its strategic leadership role, the Legal Management Committee oversees firm committees focused on training, case performance, client experience, community engagement, billing, data reporting, recruitment, and professional development. These committees operate as coordinated working groups that translate firm strategy into measurable action, with centralized oversight to ensure accountability and follow-through.

By formalizing this governance structure, Nave Law Firm reinforces its commitment to delivering high-quality legal services supported by disciplined systems, shared leadership, and a people-first culture.
