Nave Law Firm is proud to recognize Reflections Management and Care as its March Nave’s Neighbor, highlighting the organization’s commitment to supporting seniors and families navigating the challenges of aging throughout Central New York.

Through its Nave Cares initiative, the Nave’s Neighbors program spotlights nonprofit and community organizations that strengthen the region through service, advocacy, and meaningful support. Each month, Nave Law highlights one organization’s mission and impact to help raise awareness and encourage community engagement.

Reflections Management and Care provides personalized aging life care management and in-home support services designed to help older adults maintain independence and improve quality of life. Their work focuses on guiding seniors and their families through complex care decisions, transitions, and the emotional realities that often accompany aging.

In addition to their care management services, Reflections Management and Care hosts Reflections Café, a local Memory Café that creates a welcoming space for individuals experiencing memory changes and their caregivers to connect, participate in activities, and build supportive community relationships.

The café is free and open to the public, offering conversation, engagement, and a sense of belonging for those navigating memory-related challenges. It takes place on the first Tuesday of every month from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and welcomes anyone seeking connection, support, or resources.

Recognizing Reflections Management and Care as a Nave’s Neighbor reflects Nave Law Firms belief that meaningful community impact begins with supporting organizations that provide compassion, guidance, and stability for families facing difficult transitions.

Nave Law is guided by a clear vision: to make the world a better place by helping solve everyday people problems. Through Nave Cares, the firm remains committed to supporting organizations that create lasting, positive change across Central New York.
