Nave Law Welcomes Attorney Kevin Ryan To The Firm

Posted on March 20, 2026

Nave Law is proud to welcome Kevin Ryan to the firm as a Senior Attorney, beginning March 23. Kevin joins the team with nearly 30 years of legal experience, bringing extensive courtroom knowledge and a strong reputation within the legal community.

Throughout his career, Kevin has handled both civil and criminal matters, building a broad legal foundation that strengthens the services available to our clients. His addition reflects Nave Law’s continued commitment to providing strong legal representation backed by experienced attorneys who understand the complexities of today’s legal system.

Kevin has previously practiced with several respected law firms, including Goldberg Segalla, McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia, Costello Cooney & Fearon, and Harris Beach Murtha. His work across these organizations has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of litigation strategy, legal procedure, and effective advocacy — the kind of experience that directly benefits the people we represent.

Strengthening the Firm’s Litigation Team

At Nave Law, Kevin will assist with select civil litigation matters, provide conflict coverage when needed, and help expand the firm’s network through professional relationships across the legal community. His decades of experience add immediate depth to the firm’s litigation capabilities and support our ongoing efforts to deliver strong legal outcomes for our clients.

For anyone navigating a complex legal situation in New York, having an attorney with Kevin’s background means access to a practitioner who has seen cases from every angle — and knows how to build a strategy that holds up in court. The New York State Unified Court System handles millions of cases each year, and having an experienced advocate on your side makes a real difference.

Leadership and Community Connections

In addition to his legal practice, Kevin currently serves as the Republican Commissioner of Elections — a role overseen through the New York State Board of Elections — which has connected him with attorneys, judges, and community leaders throughout the region. These relationships strengthen the firm’s presence in the legal community and contribute to our collaborative approach to solving complex legal problems.

Experience That Benefits Clients

Kevin’s nearly three decades in the legal field provide valuable insight that benefits both clients and fellow attorneys at the firm. His background in civil and criminal law gives him a practical perspective on litigation strategy, risk evaluation, and case development.

As Nave Law continues to grow, bringing experienced attorneys like Kevin onto the team helps ensure that clients receive thoughtful legal guidance backed by years of real courtroom experience. Whether you’re dealing with a civil matter or need support across multiple practice areas, the depth of our team is what sets us apart.

For those looking to understand what attorney credentials and bar standing mean in New York, the New York State Bar Association offers helpful public resources on legal representation and how to find the right attorney for your situation.

Please Join Us in Welcoming Kevin

We’re excited to welcome Kevin Ryan to the Nave Law team and look forward to the experience, leadership, and knowledge he brings to the firm. To learn more about our practice areas or get in touch, contact us today.
