Norwich, NY (December 4, 2025) – NBT Bank announced the promotion of Gina Rossi to Chief Marketing Officer.
“Gina’s promotion reflects her exceptional ability to combine creativity with data-driven strategy,” said NBT Bank EVP of Retail Community Banking Shauna Hyle. “Her leadership will continue to strengthen NBT’s brand presence and deepen connections with our customers across every channel.”
Rossi has three decades of experience in marketing and advertising and joined NBT in 2017. Prior to joining NBT, Rossi owned her own advertising agency and worked as a Director of Marketing in the financial services industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management.
