NBT Bank Welcomes Bradley Totman as Business Banking Regional Manager

Bradley Totman recently joined NBT as Business Banking Regional Manager with responsibility for supporting customers in the Cortland area and leading a team that serves the broader region.

Cortland, NY (May 19, 2025) - NBT Bank has named Bradley Totman as Business Banking Regional Manager. In his new position, he works directly with small business owners in the Cortland area and leads a team of business bankers serving customers in Greater Binghamton and Chenango County.

“Brad brings a wealth of banking experience and leadership skills to NBT Bank,” said Jonathan Spilka, Business Banking Territory Manager. “We are confident that his expertise will support the success of our Cortland-area customers as well as members of business banking team serving customers across the region.”

Based in Cortland, Totman has more than 30 years of experience in commercial and small business banking. Most recently, he served as Commercial Banking Regional Manager at Tompkins Community Bank, where he led the sales and service function for the commercial lending team in the greater Ithaca market.

Totman holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pensacola Christian College, Pensacola, Florida, and is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking Consumer Credit School. He is involved in the Cortland community and currently serves on the legislative committee for the Cortland County Chamber of Commerce.
