SYRACUSE, NY (October 2, 2025) — NBT Bank has named Michael Pujia as Private Banking Relationship Manager. Based in Syracuse, Pujia brings a strong background of fiduciary management, financial planning and analytical skills to support the company’s high net worth private banking clients.
“Michael’s private banking experience and history of high-net-worth relationship management in the region make him an excellent fit for this opportunity,” said David Kavney, NBT Bank Regional President. “His history of creating and implementing strategies to meet clients' financial goals will be instrumental in supporting and advising current clients and building new relationships within our private banking program.”

Pujia majored in finance at Penn State University. He was Key Private Bank’s top-performing wealth development partner in 2020, earned First Niagara Bank’s leadership award in 2012, and was a National City Sales Champion from 2004 to 2006.
