NBT Bank Welcomes Oliver as Business Banking Officer
Oneida, NY (April 28, 2026) — NBT Bank announces that Liam Oliver has joined the company as Business Banking Officer and will support customers across the Eastern Onondaga, Madison and Oneida counties.
In his role, Oliver will focus on helping business banking customers clearly define their goals and then connect them with the financial tools that best support their success. His approach will center on making banking easier, more efficient and more personalized so customers can focus on growing their businesses with confidence.
“Liam’s credit expertise, relationship experience and commitment to local businesses make him an outstanding addition to our team,” said NBT Bank Regional President David Kavney. “His customer first approach and expertise will strengthen the banking experience he delivers to current and future business banking clients.”
Prior to becoming a Business Banking Officer at NBT Bank, Oliver served as a Credit Analyst at Pathfinder Bank in East Syracuse and previously gained broad experience at NBT in underwriting, branch leadership and client focused relationship roles.
Oliver earned a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
