OCC Foundation Welcomes New Leadership Team

Louis Noce, OCC Foundation Executive Director

Onondaga Community College's OCC Foundation welcomed three new members to its Leadership Team: 

Louis Noce joins as Executive Director of the OCC Foundation from his role as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at the Rochester Museum & Science Center.  Louis brings over 20 years of successful fundraising and organizational leadership to the OCC Foundation, including fundraising work with SUNY Buffalo State College, Niagara University, Hilbert College, Hartwick College, and the Finger Lakes Community College Foundation. 

Kimberly McAuliff joins the OCC Foundation as Coordinator of Alumni and Donor Relations & Annual Giving.  Kim began her career in athletics public relations and sports information with Colgate University, Syracuse University, and LeMoyne College and led alumni programs at Christian Brothers Academy and LeMoyne College prior to serving as Senior Director of Advancement at LeMoyne where she had responsibility for major gifts and annual giving. 

Mihaela Shaleva-Staykova joined the OCC Foundation in July as Coordinator of Advancement Operations where she has responsibility for business functions and event planning within the Foundation and for administering the College’s growing portfolio of student scholarships.  Mihaela’s career has included coordinating cultural exchange programs, international student recruitment, travel consulting, and higher education administration.  Mihaela is a native speaker of Bulgarian, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has intermediate language skills in German.
