OCO will host a Community Food and Resources Giveaway to help even more people this month. Anyone who needs help with food or basic items is welcome to attend.
Date: Thursday, December 18, 2025
Times: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Check-in begins at 1:00pm to receive a food box ticket; Food box distribution begins at 2:00pm
Location: Fulton War Memorial, 609 W Broadway, Fulton, NY
At this event, people can receive (all while supplies last):
- A free food box
- Toilet paper
- A can opener
- Information about local services that can help
Boxes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, one box per household, while supplies last. Each food box includes easy-to-prepare items such as pasta, sauce, juice, cereal, Bisquick, cheese, meats, and shelf-stable milk to help stretch the family food budget. Some items need to be kept cold, so they should be refrigerated right away. No income paperwork is required, but OCO may ask a few quick questions about household size to support future planning.
