(Oswego, NY – March 23, 2026) As a nonprofit community healthcare system, Oswego Health continues to rely on the generosity of local donors and partners to advance patient care across Central New York. In 2026, the Oswego Health Foundation proudly celebrates the 39th Annual Golf Tournament, a longstanding tradition that brings the community together in support of high-quality, compassionate healthcare.
The 2025 tournament marked another successful year for this signature event, raising over $142,000 to directly benefit patient care programs throughout the Oswego Health system. Thanks to the continued support of sponsors, participants, and volunteers, the tournament remains a vital source of funding—helping ensure patients have access to the services they need, close to home.
The 39th Annual Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the Oswego Country Club. The Oswego Health Foundation is proud to once again recognize The Hayner Hoyt Corporation as the tournament’s presenting sponsor, whose ongoing commitment plays a critical role in the event’s success.
“Oswego Health is dedicated to transforming the healthcare landscape in Central New York,” said Jeremy Thurston, President of The Hayner Hoyt Corporation. “Its proactive vision ensures quality care is accessible to all residents while improving the overall health of the community. At The Hayner Hoyt Corporation, we are proud to support this mission and help strengthen Oswego Health’s impact for years to come.”
Michele Hourigan, Director of Business and Community Development for the Oswego Health Foundation, emphasized the importance of the tournament and the community behind it. “Each year, this event is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together,” said Hourigan. “The generosity of our sponsors and participants allows us to reinvest in patient care, expand services, and continue meeting the evolving needs of our community. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support that makes this tradition possible.”
Beyond events like the annual golf tournament, Oswego Health demonstrates its commitment to the community by investing approximately $21 million each year to support care for uninsured, underinsured, and vulnerable populations. Contributions raised through the tournament directly enhance patient programs, services, and experiences across the system.
Registration and sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 tournament are now available. To learn more or get involved, please contact Michele Hourigan at the Oswego Health Foundation at 315-326-3788.
