Oswego Health Medical Practice Welcomes Orthopedic Specialist, Raman Dhawan, MD

(Oswego, NY – March 14, 2025) Oswego Health Medical Practice, a leading multi-specialty healthcare provider in Central New York, is excited to announce the addition of Raman Dhawan, MD, a board-certified orthopedic and spine surgeon, to the orthopedic team at the Center for Orthopedic Care. With a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to providing exceptional local care, Dr. Dhawan will play a key role in enhancing the orthopedic services available to the community.

Dr. Dhawan brings over 18 years of experience in orthopedic surgery. After completing his orthopedic residency at Upstate Medical University from 1999 to 2004, Dr. Dhawan pursued a spine fellowship at University of California San Diego (2004-2005), where he honed his expertise in advanced spine care. Prior to joining Oswego Health Medical Practice, Dr. Dhawan was a respected orthopedic surgeon at Crouse Hospital, where he served from 2007 until recently. Additionally, he has worked at Geneva General Hospital since 2008 and Community Memorial Hospital from 2005 to 2007.

Starting on March 14th, Dr. Dhawan will join a highly skilled team of orthopedic professionals at the Center for Orthopedic Care, including Michael Diaz, DO, Robert Ogg, DO, MPT, MED, Brandon Weaver, PA, and Helen Williams, CSCS, PA-C. This collaborative team works together to provide a broad range of services and the latest treatments and techniques to help patients get back in motion.
