Oswego Health Strengthens Therapy Services with Addition of King and Myers

(Oswego, NY – October 20, 2025) Oswego Health is excited to announce that Michele R. King, MS, OTR/L, and Jason A. Myers, PT, former owners of Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers, Inc., have officially joined the Oswego Health Therapy Services team.

Michele King brings over 21 years of experience in outpatient occupational therapy, demonstrating a passion for treating physical dysfunction across the lifespan. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Russell Sage College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as President of the Student Occupational Therapy Association. King has extensive experience managing outpatient clinics, providing post-surgical care for patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions, including custom splinting. She has developed both vestibular and pelvic health programs in her previous role, and has coordinated pediatric services. King will treat patients at the Oswego clinic located at 300 St. Rt. 104.

Jason Myers brings 26 years of experience in physical therapy, holding both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Springfield College. Myers has worked across home care, skilled nursing, inpatient, and outpatient settings and has owned and managed interdisciplinary therapy teams for nearly two decades. His expertise includes compliance education, staff development, orthopedic physical therapy, and specialized care across a wide range of patient needs.  Myers will treat patients at the Fulton clinic located at 510 S. 4th St.

“Having Michele and Jason join our team is a tremendous addition to Oswego Health Therapy Services,” said Jason Pratt, PT, Director of Therapy Services. “Their combined experience, clinical expertise, and leadership will allow us to expand our capabilities and continue delivering outstanding care to our community.”

Both King and Myers chose to join Oswego Health to ensure continuity of care for their patients and to be part of an organization with a strong reputation for excellence.

“I’m thrilled to continue serving my patients within the Oswego Health system,” said Michele King. “The resources, support, and collaborative environment here allow me to provide the highest level of care to every individual.”

Jason Myers added, “Joining Oswego Health gives our patients access to top-notch rehabilitation services and allows us to work alongside a talented team committed to helping people recover, regain strength, and improve their quality of life.”
