Overlook Ridge Development Launches Unified Multi-Business Organization
LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. — Overlook Ridge LLC announced the launch of a unified organizational structure that brings together its portfolio of businesses, community initiatives and leadership-focused ventures under one cohesive identity grounded in community connection, leadership, and workforce development.
Founded in 1998, Overlook Ridge Development is built on the belief that effective leadership development must be grounded in real-world practice. The organization operates businesses across multiple sectors while applying the same leadership principles it teaches through hands-on experience.
