Performing Art: She is on Her Way at Tyler Art Gallery, SUNY Oswego

Posted on February 12, 2026

4 individuals perform in an art gallery space. They each hold on to a multicolored fabric rope and are tugging it and smiling.

Performing Art is a collaborative performance project led by Liz Dahmen that brings together an ensemble of local artists, SUNY Oswego students, and community members to create a live performance in response to a gallery exhibition. While in residence at the Tyler Art Gallery at SUNY Oswego, the group has created a performance in response to the exhibit She Is On Her Way. Performers will respond to the artwork through the kaleidoscope of their lived experiences, creating stories, songs, and dances to share with an audience.

See this performance on Friday, February 20th at 5PM or 6PM, or on Saturday, February 21st at 2PM or 3PM. Space is limited; you are highly encouraged to reserve your spot in advance. Attendance is free and open to all.
