July 10th 11a-12pm for a complimentary pilates class in Perseverance Park in downtown Syracuse, NY, guided by one of the skilled and enthusiastic pilates instructors of Metro Fitness. After the class treat yourself to a FREE pint or flight of craft brews across the street at Anything But Beer.

Registration required. And don't forget your mat!

Present e-ticket for entry to Metro Fitness pilates class in Perseverance Park and to redeem free craft beverage afterwards at Anything But Beer.
