Pinnacle Holding Company, LLC is proud to announce the launch of Guidepost Staffing, a new temporary staffing firm led by Nate Desimone. This marks Desimone’s second venture within the Pinnacle ecosystem in under two years, following the successful launch of EverPeak Recruitment.
With over two decades of experience in the recruiting industry, Desimone has built a reputation for relationship-driven hiring strategies and scalable talent solutions. The launch of GuidePost Staffing represents a natural evolution of that success, expanding capabilities to support businesses with flexible, high volume workforce needs.

“We’re excited to introduce GuidePost Staffing as our dedicated temporary staffing solution,” said Desimone. “Together with EverPeak Recruitment, we now offer a more complete approach to hiring, supporting both long-term growth and immediate workforce demands.”

While EverPeak Recruitment focuses on permanent placement and strategic talent acquisition, GuidePost Staffing is built to deliver on-demand, flexible workforce solutions across industries such as warehouse, manufacturing, administrative, and call center operations. Together, the two companies provide a comprehensive hiring solution, helping organizations scale efficiently while maintaining quality and continuity.

Desimone will be joined by two new hires who will help lead the new venture: David Sherman, Director of Sales, and Kristina Swem, Senior Recruiter. Together, the team strengthens GuidePost Staffing’s ability to deliver responsive, people-first workforce solutions.

The addition of GuidePost Staffing further enhances the Pinnacle Family of Companies’ ability to support businesses at every stage of growth. From HR and payroll to insurance, investments, managed IT services, recruitment, and now both permanent and temporary staffing solutions, Pinnacle continues to build an integrated platform designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
