The Port of Oswego Authority's William Scriber was recently featured by City & State New York in its 2023 Economic Development Power 100. The list identifies those who are driving economic development strategies in New York State, including elected officials, government appointees and leaders of chambers of commerce, trade associations, business improvement districts, labor unions, corporations and nonprofits.
Scriber was ranked at 79 on the list.
The GOFCC congratulates Scriber and so many strong partners moving our state and regional economy.
