Premiere Transportation Acquires Northeast Shuttle, Expanding Regional Service Offerings
ALBANY, NY - APRIL 1, 2025 - Premiere Transportation, one of the Capital Region's largest transportation providers, is proud to announce its acquisition of Northeast Shuttle of Troy, NY. This strategic acquisition strengthens Premiere Transportation's commitment to providing safe, reliable, and comprehensive transportation services across the greater Capital Region.
David Brown, President of Premiere Transportation, purchased Northeast Shuttle from owner John Ryan. While the financial terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed, the transaction marks a significant step in Premiere Transportation's growth strategy. Northeast Shuttle, known for its exceptional bus and shuttle services throughout the Capital Region, will continue to operate under its established brand while integrating into the Premiere Transportation umbrella.
