Seeking CNY BEST Talent Development Nominations

CNY ATD will be presenting the 13th Annual CNY BEST Talent Development Awards to recognize excellence in talent development practices in the CNY area.

 

**This year’s CNY BEST Talent Development Program is incorporating a NEW CNY BEST Resilience Award to share and showcase CNY BEST’s resilience in dealing with COVID-19 and recognize excellence in talent development solutions. Organizations are asked to Tell Your Story! including:

-        What challenges did your organization face resulting from the pandemic?

-        How did your organization overcome challenges in dealing with COVID-19?

-        How did talent development play a role in overcoming these challenges?

 

CNY ATD is seeking applications for the 2020 CNY BEST Talent Development Awards in the following categories:

  • Organization (For Profit): Business entities that have linked talent development to the business’ strategic growth or success
  • Organization (Not for Profit): Non-Profit, Government, or Academic entities or collaborations that have linked talent development for their internal or external stakeholders to the organization’s (or organizations’) strategic growth or success
  • Consultant: External Organizations or Individuals who have helped link talent development to a client’s (or clients’) strategic growth or success
  • Individual/Team: Internal employees or teams of employees who have contributed to internal or external customers’ talent development growth or success

Nominate your organization for its talent development activities. Nominate employees and consultants for their involvement in successful talent development programs.

 

CNY BEST Information Sessions will be held through August to learn about the program and how best to submit an application. Applications are due September 14, 2020. Additional information is available online at cnyatd.org or by contacting info@cnyatd.org or 315.546.2783.

 

The 2020 CNY BEST Talent Development AwardsCeremony will be held virtually on November 5, 2020. Keynote speaker will be Robert M. Simpson, President and Chief Executive Officer of CenterState CEO.

About CNY BEST Talent Development Program

CNY ATD annually recognizes excellence in talent development in the CNY area with the CNY BEST Talent Development Program. Organizations, consultants and individuals/teams who have made an impact on the success of the organizations and communities they serve are recognized as CNY's BEST in Talent Development. Nominated practices represent a diverse variety of talent development topics and techniques. A panel of local and national judges representing the talent development profession and community evaluate the nominations for quality of talent development practices, practice results and impacts, and demonstrations of how the practices linked to the strategic growth or success of the organization and individuals. CNY ATD has been nationally recognized for this innovative CNY BEST Program which “creates awareness in the community about talent development and its importance to organizational success, while creating involvement by organizations in the community through recognition of excellence in talent development practices”. CNY ATD is celebrating the 13th Annual CNY BEST Talent Development Program in 2020.
