(Syracuse, NY): Solvay Bank, the oldest community bank established in Onondaga County, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vanessa MacDougall as AVP, Branch Manager of the Westvale team, as well as the promotion of Shannon Henley to the position of Payments & Fraud Specialist.
Vanessa MacDougall recently joined the Westvale team as AVP, Branch Manager. Since joining Solvay Bank in 2020, Vanessa has served as the Branch Manager at our DeWitt Office. Throughout her tenure, she has been a steady and strong leader, providing expert representation of customer service during a time of great change.
Shannon Henley has been promoted to the role of Payments & Fraud Specialist. Since joining the Bank in 2022, Shannon has demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism as a key member of the Customer Relations team. She consistently delivered outstanding service, handling a high volume of client inquiries with precision and a friendly, customer-centric approach. In her new role, Shannon will leverage her skills and expertise to support the Bank's ongoing commitment to secure and efficient payment solutions.
