Solvay Bank Announces Three Promotions

(Syracuse, NY): Solvay Bank, established in 1917 as the oldest community bank established in Onondaga County, recently announced three promotions within its team.

Caitlin Wynn has been promoted to Retail Operations Leader. Wynn returned to Solvay Bank in 2022 as the Assistant Branch Manager for the Westvale Office and subsequently joined the Branch Administration team as Retail Operations Specialist in 2023. Wynn is a graduate of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic College in Liverpool, England. She volunteers for various Solvay Bank-affiliated organizations and supports the Syracuse Toffees, a local English soccer supporters club known for its efforts to raise funds for multiple charities.

Joshua Avery has been promoted to AVP, Branch Manager of the North Syracuse Office. Avery joined Solvay Bank a little over a year ago as the Assistant Branch Manager for the North Syracuse Office. Avery is a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and a Notary Public. He is a 1999 graduate of Central Square High School and is involved in the community as a Volunteer Minister and Public Speaker.

Ashley Gozzi has been promoted to Senior Customer Relations Specialist. Gozzi originally joined Solvay Bank in 2023 as a Customer Relations Specialist on the Customer Relations and Operations team. She possesses four years of service experience within the banking industry. Gozzi is a graduate of Onondaga Community College. She has volunteer experience with The Boys and Girls Club and the Onondaga Sheriff’s Department.
