(Syracuse, NY): Solvay Bank, the oldest community bank established in Onondaga County, is pleased to announce the promotion of two team members: Selena Cruz and Heather LaVancher.
Selena Cruz is beginning a new role as Loan Administration Processor. Selena joined Solvay Bank in 2021 as a Teller at our Baldwinsville Office and quickly earned a promotion to Banking Associate. For the past year and a half, Selena has served as a Consumer Loan Processor and has proven to be an invaluable asset to the Loan Administration Team. Selena continues to grow in her career as she supports her team in this new role.
The Loan Administration Team is also excited to welcome Heather LaVancher as a Consumer Loan Processor. Heather first joined Solvay Bank in 2015 as Head Teller at our Solvay Office. Throughout her career with the Bank, Heather has gained experience working with the Customer Relations & Operations and Consumer Loans Teams, as well as previously collaborating with the Loan Administration Team. Heather’s skills and expertise are a welcome addition to the Loan Administration group as she continues her career path with Solvay Bank.
