(Syracuse, NY): Solvay Bank, the oldest community bank established in Onondaga County, is pleased to welcome two recent hires to its team: Denis Petrovic and Tia Phillips.
Denis Petrovic recently joined the Trust & Investment Team as a Trust and Investment Officer. Denis began his career in finance in 2017 with a well-known financial services company, where he attained his Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. There, he was also designated as a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and Nonqualified Plan Advisor. Denis is a 2015 graduate of LeMoyne College.
Tia Phillips joined the Solvay Bank team as a Cash Management Specialist. Tia began her career in the financial industry in 2015 as a Teller for a credit union in Florida before moving into the field of real estate and property title insurance work with various real estate groups. Tia’s background brings strong operations skills in addition to excellent communication and customer service skills.
