Solvay Bank Welcomes Felecia Mowatt-Drogalis and Jasmin Giguere

Syracuse, NY): Solvay Bank, the oldest community bank established in Onondaga County, is pleased to announce the addition of Felecia Mowatt-Drogalis as Assistant Branch Manager and Jasmin Giguere as a Customer Relations Specialist.

Felecia Mowatt-Drogalis joins the Bank as Assistant Branch Manager at the Westvale Office. Mowatt-Drogalis's career has focused on customer service at companies such as Caribbean Airlines, Margaritaville, and Best Western Hotels. In 2020, she began her banking career as a Universal Banker with M&T Bank and most recently held the role of Personal Banker with KeyBank.

Jasmin Giguere joins Solvay Bank's Customer Relations & Operations team as a Customer Relations Specialist. She brings several years of customer service industry experience. Her past work experience includes customer service roles with companies such as Enterprise, Progressive Mutual Insurance, American Financial Credit Union, and, most recently, as an Inbound Sales Representative for Charter Communications. Giguere earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western New England University.
