Sarah has guided our team through significant milestones, including the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the expansion of our Taft Road and Glacier Creek locations, and a period of transformational cultural growth. Her strategic insight and resilience make her uniquely equipped to lead clinical operations across the organization.

Jessica Palermo, RN, BSN, CNOR has been promoted to Operating Room Supervisor. With a decade of service at SODS and three years as OR Charge Nurse, Jessica has consistently demonstrated excellence in team coordination and clinical leadership.
