TOMPKINS FINANCIAL ADVISORS ELEVATES JENNIFER GREEN TO

MANAGING DIRECTOR, CENTRAL NEW YORK REGION

ITHACA, NY - Taking on a key leadership role, Jennifer Green has recently been promoted to vice president and managing director of Tompkins Financial Advisors in Central New York, based in Ithaca. In this post, Green is responsible for growing relationships and assets under management by ensuring each of the company’s team of advisors provides clients with the highest level of care.

“We had been carefully considering who would be ideal for this leadership position,” said Brian Howard, president of Tompkins Financial Advisors and previous interim managing director for the region. “Jennifer has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company, as well as her team members, and has earned the respect of our clients and internal teams alike. She has deep connections in Central New York, a clear vision for growth and a passion for client service, so we know she’ll thrive in this position.”

A resident of Marcellus, NY, Green has 20 years of experience in wealth management and financial services. She previously served as a senior wealth advisor and sales manager with Tompkins, responsible for the growth of its Syracuse market. Prior to joining Tompkins Financial Advisors, she served as managing director of Stratos Wealth Partners. She has also served in several leadership roles at MetLife, most recently as regional director for the northeast, and in various roles at HSBC Bank and ADP.

Green holds a Liberal Arts & Science degree from Onondaga Community College. Active in her community, she served several years as an active board member for March of Dimes’ Central New York Chapter, leading its annual Bikers for Babies Ride and other fundraising efforts.
