Tully Rinckey Foundation Announces Military Scholarships for Law School Students

ALBANY, NY, August 20, 2025 Tully Rinckey PLLC, through the Tully Rinckey Foundation, will award Military Scholarships for the Fall 2025 semester. The $3,000 scholarships will be awarded to one student from Syracuse University College of Law, University at Buffalo School of Law, and Albany Law School. To be eligible for the scholarships, applicants must be a new or current student, and have served, or are currently serving, in the military or reserves.

The Tully Rinckey Foundation Military Scholarship was launched to help support current students who have sacrificed for their country while pursuing a career in law. Interested applicants can visit the Tully Rinckey website at https://www.tullylegal.com/tully-rinckey-military-scholarship/ for more information, along with the submission requirements and scholarship application. All application materials must be submitted by September 30, 2025.

By investing in the education of future lawyers who are dedicated to advocating for servicemembers, the Tully Rinckey Foundation will help create a lasting impact on the lives of military personnel and veterans. Tully Rinckey previously provided scholarships to one student from Syracuse University College of Law, University at Buffalo School of Law, and Albany Law School for the Fall 2024 semester.

Mathew Tully, Founding Partner of Tully Rinckey PLLC and Chairman of the Tully Rinckey Foundation, is a military veteran himself who understands the unique challenges faced by servicemembers pursuing their legal careers while serving their country. Since its inception, the law firm has had a commitment to supporting military veterans through numerous community-based initiatives and established the Tully Rinckey Foundation to continue the support of veterans facing socio-economic hardships.

"After last year’s successful expansion of the Military Scholarship at Syracuse University College of Law, Albany Law, and Buffalo Law, we are excited to bring back the program for another year,” said Mr. Tully. “We received so many deserving applicants which made choosing our winners difficult, but we are grateful to be able to offer the scholarships for the Fall semester.”
