Women in Leadership - Building Traction for Your Leadership Journey WorkshopPosted on November 14, 2023 |
|
Since 2015, the number of women in the C-suite has increased from 17 to 28 percent, and the representation of women at the VP and SVP levels has also improved significantly. These hard-earned gains are encouraging but fragile. McKinsey's 2023 Women in the Workplace report offers even more insight. What we do know is there is much more progress to be made.
This workshop focuses on women in leadership, women aspiring for roles in leadership, and for others who want to advocate and enable women's successful leadership journey.
I'd like to invite you and your team to our Women in Leadership - Building Traction for Your Leadership Journey Workshop.
By attending you will:
• Reflect on where you are in your leadership journey and what you see as your challenges/opportunities
• Explore your level of visibility & influence and the relationship these two factors have with advancement
• Identify opportunities for you to add value, influence, and generate future forward impact.
• Commit to new actions to build your leadership traction
As much as the organizations we work with and for continue to evolve their culture and implement initiatives to increase the representation of women in management or leadership roles, as a participant in this workshop, you can strategize your intention and realize traction with greater visibility and influence.
Join us this Friday, November 17th from 10:00 -11:00am (EST).
