Oneida Indian Nation Homelands (June 20, 2024) – YBR Casino & Sports Book announced today it will open a new restaurant – Brickhouse Kitchen – offering guests a unique experience with a menu that combines upscale comfort food in a laid back yet lively environment. Brickhouse Kitchen will feature 9,000 square feet of dining, signature cocktails and a diverse menu prepared by the Turning Stone culinary team.

Developed by Turning Stone Enterprises’ award-winning culinary team, Brickhouse Kitchen’s extensive menu will appeal to every palate with its blend of refined pub fare and signature entrees, introducing Chittenango area residents and guests to a completely new culinary experience. Led by Enterprise Executive Chef Ron Ross and Chef de Cuisine Holly Tennant, formerly the Sous Chef at The Lake House at Sylvan Beach, the culinary team has curated a creative menu that will feature unique twists on popular tavern favorites including Chili Con Carne Nachos, Reuben Egg Rolls, Fried Calamari, and exceptionally-flavored chicken wings, as well as handhelds such as Open Face Grilled NY Strip Steak Sandwich, and juicy Signature Burgers, and delicious entrees including Mustard Maple Salmon, Summer Ale and Lemon Marinated Pork Tenderloin and 12 oz. Brickhouse Kitchen is the latest addition of the casino’s multimillion dollar transformation. Since its grand opening in 2015, YBR Casino & Sports Book has continued to evolve its amenities and guest experience, becoming one of the area’s most popular entertainment destinations. In 2019, YBR Casino & Sports Book was completely redesigned, inside and outside, including an expanded gaming floor, an extensive refresh of décor and the addition of new dining options such as the widely-popular Wicked Good Pizza & Plates. In 2020, the casino opened a 19,400 square foot entertainment space called the East End, featuring six lanes of luxury bowling, two high-tech Topgolf Swing Suite bays, pool tables, shuffleboard, sports betting stations, additional slot machines, a massive bar, and more.
