Celebrate Head Start Awareness Month at OCO’s Community Block Party! 🎉

Join Oswego County Opportunities on Friday, Oct. 2, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the OCO Main Office parking lot, 239 Oneida St. in Fulton.

This free event is open to the entire community and will include hands-on activities, games, giveaways and information about resources available throughout Oswego County.
