Madison County Industrial Development Agency

The Madison County Industrial Development Agency is an economic development arm for the County. We provide financial assistance through the issuance of industrial revenue bonds (IRB's), Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreements, along with other incentives for new and expanding businesses in our community.
