What happens when public, private and community partners come together to tackle one of Central New York’s biggest challenges?
In this CenterState Collaboration, CenterState CEO’s Ben Sio sits down with Nicholas Petragnani, Jr., of The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) to discuss The Housing Central New York Fund. It’s a $150 million initiative created by Empire State Development and CenterState CEO to help expand the region’s housing supply. Administered by CPC, the fund provides low-cost financing to qualified developers building mixed-income rental housing and attainable for-sale homes.
