Be an engaged member! Vote on CenterState CEO’s proposed 2025-2028 board of directors.

The Chairman of the Board appointed a nominating committee whose recommendations have been accepted by the Executive Committee and must be confirmed by you, our members. The recommendations include:

PROPOSAL 1: The nomination of 23 directors to serve an additional term that will expire in 2028.
PROPOSAL 2: The nomination for election of two directors for a first term that will expire in 2028.
