CenterState CEO offers a seven-session comprehensive leadership series. The program is presented by CenterState CEO, with curriculum that combines academic expertise from local colleges and universities with real world insight from some of the region's top business leaders.

The Executive Leadership Development Series helps executives and rising managers reach the next level by enhancing critical thinking, communication and empowerment skills. Candidates should have a minimum of five years professional experience showing progressively increased responsibility and a record of accomplishment and experience in one’s respective field.

“I have had the pleasure and honor of being part of a select group of business professionals partaking in the CenterState CEO Leadership Program,” said Anthony De Fino, a program graduate. “Through a series of both education-based teachings and real-world implementers, our group was guided through a career development platform that ranged from how to cultivate professional relationships to adaptive leadership techniques. The topics presented have challenged me in my daily thinking and application to day-to-day operations.”

Candidates will take courses on topics such as diversity and equity in the workplace, motivating and empowering your workforce, work life balance and more. All classes must be attended to graduate from the program.

Learn more about how you can take part in this year’s series during an upcoming free information session Dec. 14, from 9 to 10 a.m. Learn more about the series, and register for the information session.
