CenterState CEO’s new Resource Pool system is creating a better way to connect the new entrepreneurs working with CenterState CEO’s Inclusive Growth team to the professional services they need to level up their businesses. This new initiative allows CenterState CEO staff to facilitate more meaningful relationships across the region, create more impact, and bring more value to the communities that it serves.
The Resource Pool was created as a direct response to feedback from CenterState CEO members seeking to become more engaged in its mission-focused work. At the same time, CenterState CEO has sought to cast a wider net in the region to recruit more organizations and business leaders to connect with the small businesses in its accelerator and startup programs. The initiative establishes an improved system for making these connections between entrepreneurs and small business and its members, creating even more opportunities for successes. Members can now more easily engage with CenterState CEO’s mission of supporting the local economy in a new way by electing to be a part of the Resource Pool.
CenterState CEO’s Resource Engagement Manager Michael Macaluso serves as the organization’s dedicated staff member to help facilitate these curated connections between up-and-coming entrepreneurs and established businesses within the community, based on data and with a personalized approach.
“The participants in our startup and small business programs often need affordable services and industry expertise, such as advertising and marketing, banking and finance, human resources, information technology or legal services and more,” said Macaluso. “When our members engage in the Resource Pool, we’ll facilitate the right connections so that they can support these clients and entrepreneurs with their business growth goals, while giving members the opportunity to collaborate with and provide services to the next generation of entrepreneurs in our region. It truly is a win-win for all.”
The Resource Pool is the nexus between CenterState CEO’s teams, bringing together the organization’s holistic economic development work and its chamber services. If you are interested in being part of the Resource Pool, or would like to learn more, please contact CenterState CEO’s Resource Engagement Manager Michael Macaluso.
