Unified Organization to Expand Services and Strengthen Community Impact

For Immediate Release

Oswego Industries and Arc of Oswego are merging with Mozaic effective May 3, 2026.  As a chapter of The Arc New York, Mozaic is proud to bring these organizations together under one auspice, creating more opportunities and enhancing services that support people with disabilities and other barriers, as well as their families, throughout the Finger Lakes and Central New York regions.

This official approval clears the way for our strong, mission-driven organizations to become one expanding services, increasing efficiencies, and strengthening our impact.

This merger represents a bold step forward in our commitment to inclusivity, opportunity, and independence. By uniting our expertise and assets, Mozaic will deliver broader, more robust support for people with disabilities and other barriers, making sure everyone has the resources necessary to reach their personal goals.
