Syracuse, N.Y. -- The five finalists in the state-funded $3 million Genius NY business competition have moved into The Tech Garden, the downtown Syracuse business accelerator where they will stay for at least a year.

Eget Liber, GeopipeDroneSeedSkyy Network and BotsAndUs opened offices in the accelerator on Harrison Street last week. They will pitch their companies to a panel of judges at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown April 22. The panel will then select a grand prize winner, who will received $1 million. The other four startups will receive $500,000 each.
