Amazon.com, Inc. recently issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to cities nationwide seeking a location for their second headquarters, calling the project "HQ2." CenterState CEO, the Syracuse and Utica-Rome metropolitan statistical areas, plus Cortland and Cayuga counties, have teamed together to create a formal proposal to pitch Central New York as an optimal location for Amazon’s next home.
