CenterState CEO congratulates Tyrone Dixon and Kelly Fumarola on their new roles within the organization. Dixon will transition from the Administration and Human Capital team to Inclusive Growth while Fumarola will remain a part of Strategy, Policy and Planning in her new role.

Tyrone Dixon is CenterState CEO’s regional workforce manager. As the regional workforce manager, Dixon supports the team to engage with workforce development partners across Central New York to create systems change, with the goal of increasing access for underrepresented groups to high-quality, high-demand careers in target industries. He works with regional leads to build and execute coordinated talent pipelines, and helps to increase organizations’ capacity to serve as workforce intermediaries and points of contact for jobseeker outreach and career exploration. Before this position, Dixon was CenterState CEO’s HR Generalist, a role he started in January 2025.

Kelly Fumarola has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Advancement. In this position, Fumarola guides CenterState CEO’s long-term sustainability initiatives through development, coordination and growth of diverse revenue streams. She maintains an enterprise-wide perspective on the organization’s revenue portfolio and emerging funding opportunities and continues to lead CenterState CEO’s affiliated foundations, philanthropic giving strategies, and grant development.  She will also play a pivotal role in organizational efforts to develop new, non-incremental revenue streams.  Fumarola first joined CenterState CEO in 2020 as  director of development, later serving as executive director of both CenterState CEO Foundation and Invest CNY and acting chief of staff in 2025.
