SYRACUSE, N.Y. — CenterState CEO has announced three finalists for the Minority Owned Business of the Year award.

The finalists are All Money Spends, a clothing boutique in Syracuse; Cueva Contract Inc. of Utica (which does business as Interior Innovations); and SGTR LLC & E. Smith Contractors LLC of Syracuse, according to a CenterState CEO news release...
